A small amount of light finds its way through the trees and into the dark forest.
This was a beautiful hike that followed a small creek through a dense wooded area and through 1 - 2 feet of snow. My favorite kind of hike!

Well..I just happened to be creeping on your page and came across this absolutely gorgeous photograph.
I have seen plenty of winter wonderland photos that attempt to capture a certain vision, but this one is an exception.
I can definitely see you vision in this picture. The color contrast with the sunlight in the water is stunning. Plus the blueish tint combined with the white snow is so magical in its own little way.
I love the angle you captured as well its mysterious but yet, so simple. This is definitely one of the most beautiful winter wonderland shots I have ever came across. And I'm sure that other people notice this just as much as I have.
You truly got an amazing shot at the location you were at, and now I am much more curious in seeing more of your work.
